Two school records highlight a Friday full of records on the West Coast

CLOVIS, California / Palo Alto, California – Do not mess with the Rams on the West Coast, as the Colorado State Track and Field Program has garnered 23 all-time leading school grades between two meetings led by Lauren Opperman and Of Annabelle Stafford School records in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter races, respectively.

Most of the Rams were in Clovis, California, on the West Coast relays, where 18 of the highest scores were achieved. However, a handful of distances Rams traveled to Palo Alto, California for the reservation to Stanford.

Ironically in both sessions, the 5,000 meters for women caused the most noise. Offerman, in Palo Alto, set the school record with a time of 15: 57.21, beating the previous score by about 15 seconds. In the same race, Ashlin Hilliard Improved her time to 14God’ At all times in the CSU, however after the 5K in West Coast relays, it dropped to 17thGod’. Sarah Carter Won an event at WCRs with a time of 16: 08.95 and landed right behind Offerman in school history. Anna Peter and Newborn Lauren In third and fifth place, respectively, in a race with times that place them in fourth and 15th placeGod’ All the time. Peter also recorded the eight best time in CSU history in 1500.

Following Offerman’s record, Stafford set the 10,000th record in the last Rams race this week. She crossed in 33: 25.33, defeating CSU’s previous top score by 22 seconds. Lily Tomsula-Martin Improved her personal record time but did not win anywhere on the all-time list and remained in fifth place.

In all, 13 of the top 23 marks fell within the top 10. Celine Stramer In pole vault, a 13’3.5-inch jump for number 2 at all times, and two No. 5 points at all times from Genia Jasper (100 m) and Dawson Best (3000mS).
